By Savabeel, the veteran Sire of close to 1000 winners, including 149 Stakes Winners and 33 Group One winners and a nine time Champion Stallion – and out of the winning racemare Lady Tatia (Duke of Marmalade) who won twice in Australia and who has had two foals to the races, including the three time winner and Group 3placed Belle Of The Ball

“We have been always been admirers of the progeny of Savabeel – however  given his Champion stallion status over many years and the Fortuna philosophy of “buying to budget”, it has not been easy to secure a nice Savabeel Filly in recent years – however we did secure one at this sale  –  we did have to push out the boat a little bit on our budget in order to get her, but we are happy to have done so with this lovely Filly”

Karaka Millions Race Series

She will be registered for the Karaka Millions series and will therefore be eligible to race in the two year-old event for NZ$1m in January 2026 and NZ$1.5m three year-old event in January 2027 – she will also be eligible for the $4m NZ Kiwi Slot Race as a three year-old in 2027 – and a reminder that a daughter of Savabeel, Damask Rose. won this year’s edition of the Karaka Million 3yo and is now one of the favourites for the inaugural NZ Kiwi

• Shares available right down to 1%.
• 10% share $22,000, 5% share $11,000, 2.5% share $5,500, 1% share $2200 – with ongoing costs from 1 April 2025 @$50 per month per each 1% share
