Rising five year old Tell A Tale departed New Zealand early hours of Sunday morning (25th July) for Singapore where he will be the flag bearer for the new Te Akau Racing Stables operation to be headed up by six time New Zealand Champion Trainer, Mark Walker.

Tell a Tale is by Tale of the Cat out of Cheeky Veronika (by Sir Tristram) and is a multiple Group race winner in New Zealand and has won more than NZ$1.1m in stakes money. 

Tell A Tale will now quarantine in Singapore for two weeks before recommencing his training regime. 

" We have set him some ambitious targets in the coming Spring," says Syndicate Manager, John Galvin, " His main targets are the Group One events, the Kranji Mile ( Oct 3rd), the Raffles Cup over 1800 metres (Oct 24th) and the Singapore Gold Cup over 2200 metres (Nov 14th)."
